Aaddfullajax now also available as the module for Drupal.
The module is still in the Drupal sandbox (have no idea how to pull it out :) ) … but your already can try this module in action.
Link on drupal.org: Add FullAJAX … in current time (until it in sandbox) downloads require knowledge of GIT version control system .

Update for the Add FullAjax plugin for Joomla! (2012.10.14).

What in this version:

• Joomla! 3.0 ready
• updated FullAJAX library to latest version
• fix problem with CSS links, when all links was converted in lowercase
• fix (I hope :)) “Error 500″ that occurred with some templates
• fix “/null” after click back in some cases

Second update for Hierarchical Category Filter module for Joomla! 2.5. Added couple new features that often asked ;)

• added possibility use AJAX for load subitems
• added caching
• small optimization :)

Remarks about caching:
If you want use caching, to all worked correctly, you need to enable caching in general settings Joomla! and disable it in the settings of this module.
